Experienced Fitness Professional
Since 1997, I have helped athletes of all ages and abilities achieve their goals. I specialize in coaching athletes in Triathlon and in strengthening for triathlon disciplines.
I am a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who can also assist in home and virtual personalized exercise programs for yoga, clinical histories, strength training, and endurance training.
I hold a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Illinois, Urbana. I am certified at the highest level by Ironman, USAT, ACSM, NSCA, and ACE. I am also an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT).

TRAINING PLAN FOR IRONMAN
Embrace the biggest challenge
A 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike, and a 26.2 mile run requires the utmost preparation. This plan requires a 4-5 month commitment minimum, depending upon the athletes current conditioning. Form analysis, gear, nutrition, and workout planning are all included in the monthly price, along with unlimited coaching communication.

Refine individual disciplines with analysis and review
Film and form analysis can reveal a lot about where stroke, technique or body position needs to change. These sessions provide analysis and review of current form, and provide drills or strength and conditioning exercises to improve while training.
